CVE-2026-63686 is a NULL pointer dereference in Apache HTTP Server's mod_xml2enc module, affecting versions 2.4.0 through 2.4.68 on all platforms. An untrusted backend server can trigger the flaw by returning a proxied response whose character-set conversion partially succeeds and then fails. Processing this response can crash Apache HTTP Server and cause denial of service. Version 2.4.69 fixes the vulnerability.
