CVE-2026-64563 is a use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel rhashtable walker restart logic. During a multi-fragment hash-table walk resumed across rhashtable walk-stop/walk-start boundaries, rhashtable_walk_start_check() handles a table that was freed during resize by resetting iterator slot and skip state but fails to clear the stale iter->p object pointer. rhashtable_walk_next() can subsequently dereference that pointer and read freed slab memory. Affected callers include netlink diagnostic dumping and TIPC socket walks.
