CVE-2026-64625 is an OS command injection vulnerability affecting WWBN AVideo before version 29.0. The flaw stems from an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-45578 in the execAsync() handling path, where input that has been escaped is subsequently re-wrapped in a double-quoted "sh -c" invocation. This reintroduction into a shell context permits command substitution using constructs such as $() and backticks, defeating the intended protection from escapeshellarg(). As a result, attacker-controlled input reaching the Live plugin on_publish.php endpoint can be interpreted by the shell and used to execute arbitrary operating system commands on the underlying server.
