CVE-2026-64649 is a server-side request forgery vulnerability in Next.js affecting versions 14.1.1 through 15.5.20 and 16.0.0 through 16.2.10. The flaw occurs when a Server Action forwards or redirects a request and the outbound destination is influenced by attacker-controlled Host-associated headers. Under these conditions, the application can be induced to send a server-side outbound request to an attacker-chosen host. The vulnerable condition arises when the incoming host value is not fixed to a trusted origin, which is typical on custom Node.js servers or deployments not placed behind a proxy that pins the host. In some configurations, exploitation can also expose internal values that weaken middleware or proxy authorization decisions.

A Server-Side Request Forgery vulnerability in Next.js Server Actions that can cause the server to send outbound requests to a malicious host when Host-associated headers are attacker-controlled; in some configurations it may also expose internal values that weaken middleware/proxy authorization.
A high-severity SSRF vulnerability in Next.js Server Actions on custom Node.js servers that allows attackers to redirect outbound Server Action requests to attacker-controlled hosts.
A Next.js vulnerability affecting Server Actions on custom servers that can enable server-side request forgery through attacker-controlled host-related headers, with possible leakage of internal values in some configurations.
