CVE-2026-64960 is an unrestricted file upload vulnerability in the Gameme module of ATutor, confirmed in version 2.2.4. The module permits upload of files of any type and extension without adequate restriction, and stores uploaded content in a web-accessible location before validating file contents. An authenticated attacker who knows a valid course identifier can abuse this behavior to upload a server-executable script and then invoke it over HTTP, resulting in remote code execution in the context of the web server process. The issue is particularly dangerous because a commonly used global course context may be sufficient in many deployments. The product is no longer actively supported, and no fix is available.
