CVE-2026-64969 is an insecure direct object reference vulnerability in ATutor profile picture-related endpoints. The flaw allows any authenticated user to submit a POST request to the profile album functionality with another user's member identifier, causing the application to act on the target user's profile picture without verifying that the requester is authorized to manage that resource. In the tested ATutor 2.2.4 deployment, this missing object-level authorization permits unauthorized deletion of profile pictures belonging to other users, including higher-privileged accounts such as instructors and administrators. ATutor is no longer actively supported, and no fix is available.
