CVE-2026-65048 is a critical unauthenticated stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Ninja Forms plugin for WordPress affecting versions 3.10.4 through 3.14.9. The flaw is in the Repeatable Fieldset feature. The vulnerable data flow described is that parseSubmissionIndex() accepts arbitrary strings as submission indexes without enforcing numeric validation, and admin_form_element() later inserts that index into generated HTML without proper escaping. An attacker can exploit this by submitting a public form containing a crafted repeater child key with attacker-controlled script content. When an administrator reviews the stored submission in the WordPress admin panel, the payload executes in the administrator’s browser in the context of the site.
