A local user may win the interval between the permission check or creation operation and final permission setting, resulting in unauthorized access to a Tomcat Unix domain socket. Affected releases are Tomcat 9.0.42 through 9.0.120, 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.57, and 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.24.
