CVE-2026-65618 is an improper URL validation vulnerability in JFrog Artifactory. When Artifactory handles specific URLs, insufficient validation can allow an attacker, under certain conditions, to cause Artifactory to issue unauthorized outbound requests. This behavior is consistent with a server-side request forgery condition in which the vulnerable application can be induced to access unintended internal or otherwise restricted network resources. The disclosed impact includes potential exposure of internal services reachable by Artifactory as well as cached response data returned through the affected request flow. Publicly available information does not identify the exact vulnerable function, endpoint, or affected component beyond URL handling in Artifactory.
