CVE-2026-67277 is a missing-authentication vulnerability in MikroTik RouterOS bandwidth-test (btest) connection handling. RouterOS accepts a related btest connection before its corresponding primary session has completed authentication, allowing an unauthenticated network client to start an IPv4 UDP test. When the test is configured with random-data=false, the sender can transmit an uninitialized tail of a kernel packet buffer. Separately, inverted and unchecked packet-size interval validation permits unsigned integer underflow, producing abnormally large fragmented output and potentially restarting the RouterOS kernel.
