CVE-2026-67281 is an unauthenticated arbitrary file-read vulnerability in the MikroTik RouterOS 7.x WebFig file-serving functionality. A newly allocated session can retain a stale, uninitialized principal pointer that is subsequently consulted during file-authorization processing. An attacker can manipulate allocator state so this pointer is dereferenced with sufficient authorization and use parent-directory components within an encrypted request URI to traverse outside the intended WebFig file namespace. This permits disclosure of root-owned files, including RouterOS configuration stores that may contain credentials.
