CVE-2026-67341 is an authorization bypass vulnerability in ArcadeDB affecting versions prior to 26.7.2. The flaw stems from failure to enforce scripting authorization checks on the SQL DEFINE FUNCTION statement when used with JavaScript as the function language. As a result, a user with database access can submit a DEFINE FUNCTION statement using JavaScript and execute arbitrary script code despite security controls intended to restrict scripting capabilities to administrators. The issue effectively allows non-administrative database users to reach privileged scripting functionality and run attacker-controlled JavaScript within the database context.
