CVE-2026-69082 is a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in CTI-Transmute affecting versions up to and including 1.4.0. The flaw exists in the administrative user deletion functionality because the user-deletion endpoint performed a state-changing action while accepting HTTP GET requests. An attacker can craft malicious content that causes a victim administrator’s browser to issue the deletion request automatically while the administrator is authenticated. Because the request is executed within the victim’s active session, the application treats it as an authorized administrative action and deletes the targeted user account without intentional confirmation by the administrator.
