CVE-2026-71983 is a critical OS command injection vulnerability affecting MSI Radix AXE6600 router firmware through version v781521. The flaw is present in the wps.cgi interface, where the pin2g, pin5g, and pin6g parameters are not properly sanitized before being incorporated into operating system commands. An unauthenticated remote attacker can supply crafted input to these parameters and cause arbitrary command execution on the device. Successful exploitation results in execution with root privileges, enabling full compromise of the router.
