CVE-2026-74997 is an OS command injection vulnerability in the optional markasjunk plugin for Roundcube Webmail. The cmd_learn driver unsafely incorporates crafted placeholder replacement values into command execution, allowing an attacker to introduce and execute arbitrary code. It affects Roundcube Webmail 1.6.0 through versions before 1.6.18 and 1.7.0 through versions before 1.7.3, but only where markasjunk is enabled and configured to use the cmd_learn driver.
