CVE-2026-79756 is an unauthenticated operating-system command injection vulnerability in the Nuclio dashboard for local/Docker deployments before version 1.17.4. An earlier command-injection fix validated function names and quoted a named-resource command path, but did not safely handle the list-all resource path. That path interpolates the resourceNamespace parameter without quoting into a command executed through /bin/sh -c. Shell metacharacters supplied in Nuclio namespace HTTP headers can therefore alter the shell command executed by the dashboard container.

An incomplete fix for unauthenticated OS command injection (CWE-78) in Nuclio Dashboard on local/Docker deployments. Unsafely interpolated namespace header values in the list-all resource path allow unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands inside the dashboard container.
