CVE-2026-8505 is an authentication flaw in IBM Langflow OSS affecting versions 1.0.0 through 1.10.0. The issue resides in webhook authentication logic that incorrectly bypasses API key validation when the WEBHOOK_AUTH_ENABLE configuration is set to False, which is the default setting. Under this condition, an unauthenticated remote attacker who knows a target flow's UUID can invoke the webhook and trigger execution of that flow as though they were its owner. Because flows may execute powerful application logic, the vulnerability can potentially lead to remote code execution depending on the flow configuration and runtime capabilities.
