CVE-2026-92387 is an infinite-loop vulnerability in curl and libcurl versions earlier than 8.23.0. A malicious FTP, IMAP, POP3, or SMTP server can permanently omit the final control-response line, causing libcurl to loop indefinitely rather than enforce its configured transfer timeout. This can indefinitely block all concurrent transfers associated with the same multi-handle.
