CVE-2026-9586 is a critical unauthenticated SQL injection vulnerability in Sangoma Switchvox SMB Edition. A phone-notification HTTP interface accepts XML input and incorporates the attacker-controlled PhoneIP value directly into PostgreSQL statements without sanitization or parameterization. The database query executes with PostgreSQL superuser privileges, permitting injected SQL through a single crafted request and enabling operating-system command execution through PostgreSQL capabilities.
