CVE-2026-9802 is an insufficient session expiration flaw in Keycloak affecting deployments that use persistent session storage with refresh-token revocation enabled through revokeRefreshToken=true. Under these conditions, a server restart can reset internal timing state used to track refresh-token rotation and revocation, allowing a previously revoked refresh token to be accepted again. An attacker who has already obtained a victim's refresh token can replay that token after restart and regain access to the victim's session context despite token revocation having occurred.
