Storm-0156 is a Pakistan-based hacking group whose command-and-control infrastructure was covertly compromised and used for espionage by the Russian state-linked actor Secret Blizzard between late 2022 and late 2024. Public reporting directly supports Storm-0156’s existence as an operational intrusion set with dedicated C2 infrastructure, but provides limited high-confidence detail on its own victimology, malware families, sector focus, or full tradecraft independent of the Secret Blizzard intrusion into its systems. At minimum, Storm-0156 operated multiple command-and-control nodes over an extended period, indicating established post-compromise infrastructure management and operational persistence. No corroborated aliases, sub-groups, ransomware activity, or dominant motivation are directly established by the available facts.
