World Church of the Creator (WCOTC) was a U.S.-based white supremacist and neo-Nazi organization founded by Ben Klassen and later led by Matthew F. Hale. It promoted the racist Creativity movement, framed as a pseudo-religious ideology centered on white racial supremacy, antisemitism, and hostility toward non-white populations. Under Hale’s leadership, the organization became one of the more visible organized white supremacist movements in the United States and was noted for structured propaganda, recruitment, and early use of online platforms to disseminate ideological texts and movement messaging. WCOTC is associated with organized extremist advocacy and propaganda rather than conventional cyber operations. The group’s significance lies primarily in extremist mobilization, ideological dissemination, and influence on later white nationalist digital organizing.
