0xSec is a forum persona associated with claims of publishing databases purportedly obtained from multiple French organizations and public-facing platforms during 2026. Claimed targets include Dipeeo, a GDPR-compliance service provider; Docurba, a government urban-planning platform; Lire Demain, the institutional-sales network of publisher Auzou; and Local'Emploi, a public employment platform serving the Paris-Saclay area. The alleged datasets were represented as containing organizational and individual contact information, user-account metadata, employment and résumé references, commercial records, or urban-planning platform user data. Several offerings were distributed through an underground forum, either free or subject to a nominal access fee. The asserted compromises, data provenance, scope, access methods, and any underlying intrusion activity have not been independently verified. Available information therefore does not support attributing confirmed intrusion, exfiltration, credential theft, or other technical capabilities to 0xSec.
