Umbreon is an unverified dark-web access broker or buyer handle associated with soliciting exclusive initial access to large corporate networks. In July 2026, the operator advertised flat-rate purchases, using escrow, for access to organizations with annual revenue exceeding $350 million. Requested access included remote-access services, remote management platforms, enterprise directory and identity environments, and cloud identity infrastructure. The operator sought access to organizations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, Australia, and Ireland, while excluding entities in the CIS region, schools, and hospitals. Healthcare-adjacent organizations, including pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, were expressly considered acceptable targets. No intrusion or victim compromise was claimed by the operator, and Umbreon has not been reliably attributed to a known threat group or country.
