DB4Web server can be abused as a server-side request proxy when verbose debug messages are enabled. An attacker can submit a URL specifying another system's IP address and TCP port, causing DB4Web to attempt a connection to that target. The resulting debug error message reports the connection status, enabling proxied port scanning of systems reachable by the DB4Web server.
