PHProjekt versions 2.0 through 3.1 contains an authentication-bypass vulnerability caused by relying on the PHP $PHP_SELF variable for authentication decisions. An attacker can request an affected PHP script using a URL containing the string "sms", causing that string to be included in the PATH_INFO portion of $PHP_SELF and bypassing authentication checks. The demonstrated request form targets the mail-sending script with an appended path component.
