CVE-2004-0132 describes multiple remote file inclusion (RFI) vulnerabilities in ezContents 2.0.2 and earlier. Specifically, the vulnerabilities exist in db.php and archivednews.php, where the GLOBALS[rootdp] and GLOBALS[language_home] parameters, respectively, are not properly sanitized. This allows an attacker to specify a remote URL, causing the application to include and execute arbitrary PHP code hosted on an attacker-controlled server. The attack can be demonstrated by passing a malicious value to these parameters, resulting in the inclusion of a remote lang_admin.php file containing attacker-supplied code.
