The rsvp_print function in tcpdump 3.9.1 and earlier contains a flaw where it fails to properly handle RSVP packets of length 4. A remote attacker can exploit this by sending a specially crafted RSVP packet, causing the function to enter an infinite loop and resulting in a denial of service condition.
