The CAPTCHA implementation in php-Nuke versions 6.0 through 7.9 is flawed due to the use of fixed challenge/response pairs that only change once per day and are based on the User Agent string. This allows an attacker to bypass CAPTCHA controls by reusing a valid challenge/response pair with a fixed User Agent, effectively defeating the intended anti-automation mechanism.
