CVE-2006-0806 is a set of multiple cross-site scripting vulnerabilities in ADOdb 4.71, including deployments embedded in applications such as phpESP. The flaws allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML into application output. One documented vector is improper handling of the next_page parameter in the pager component, and additional unspecified vectors are associated with unsafe use of PHP_SELF. The vulnerability arises from insufficient neutralization of untrusted input before it is reflected into a web page, enabling script execution in a victim’s browser within the security context of the affected application.
