The Fileinfo 2.0.9 plugin for Total Commander is vulnerable to a denial of service condition when processing specially crafted Portable Executable (PE) files. The vulnerability arises due to improper handling of invalid RVA address function pointers in the IMAGE_THUNK_DATA structure (specifically the OriginalFirstThunk and FirstThunk fields of IMAGE_IMPORT_DESCRIPTOR) or the AddressOfNames field in the IMAGE_EXPORT_DIRECTORY. When a malformed PE file with these invalid pointers is opened, the plugin triggers an unhandled exception, leading to a crash of the application.
