Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities exist in Maian Uploader 4.0 due to insufficient sanitization or output encoding of user-supplied input. The affected parameters are the keywords parameter to upload/admin/index.php in a search action, the msg_charset and msg_header9 parameters to admin/inc/header.php, and the keywords parameter to index.php in a search action. An attacker can supply crafted script or HTML content through these parameters and cause that content to be rendered in a victim's browser within the application's context.
