A directory traversal vulnerability exists in the web server component of the Philips Electronics VOIP841 DECT Phone with firmware versions 1.0.4.50 and 1.0.4.80. Remote authenticated users can exploit this flaw by sending GET requests containing '..' sequences to access arbitrary files on the device's filesystem. This vulnerability can be chained with CVE-2008-4874 to allow unauthenticated attackers to access sensitive files such as save.dat and apply.log, which may contain credentials including Skype usernames and passwords.
