CVE-2008-5789 is a multiple remote file inclusion vulnerability affecting the Recly Interactive Feederator (com_feederator) component version 1.0.5 for Joomla!. The vulnerable code improperly uses externally supplied path values in PHP include/require-style operations. Specifically, the issue is exposed through the mosConfig_absolute_path parameter in includes/tmsp/add_tmsp.php, includes/tmsp/edit_tmsp.php, and includes/tmsp/tmsp.php, and through the GLOBALS[mosConfig_absolute_path] parameter in includes/tmsp/subscription.php. By supplying a URL instead of a local filesystem path, a remote attacker can cause the application to include and execute attacker-controlled PHP code from a remote location.
