CVE-2010-1114 describes multiple remote file inclusion (RFI) vulnerabilities in Web Server Creator - Web Portal version 0.1. The vulnerabilities exist in index.php (via the 'pg' parameter) and news/form.php (via the 'path' parameter), where user-supplied input is not properly sanitized before being used in PHP include or require statements. This allows attackers to specify a remote URL, leading to the inclusion and execution of arbitrary PHP code from remote sources.
