Foxit Reader versions prior to 3.2.1.0401 are vulnerable to arbitrary code execution through the handling of PDF documents containing specific action sequences. An attacker can craft a PDF with a "/Type /Action /S /Launch" or "/Launch /Action" sequence, which, when opened, causes Foxit Reader to execute arbitrary local or embedded programs. This vulnerability is related to improper validation of the /Launch action in PDF files, similar to CVE-2009-0836.
