CVE-2010-4234 is a denial-of-service vulnerability in the built-in web server of the Camtron CMNC-200 Full HD IP Camera, the TecVoz CMNC-200 Megapixel IP Camera, and OEM variants based on the same platform running firmware 1.102A-008. The flaw can be triggered by sending a large number of HTTP requests in a short time interval, including multiple parallel requests, to the device web interface. Available reporting indicates that this request flood can destabilize the embedded web service and force the camera to reboot. The condition is reportedly reached more quickly when long Cookie headers are used in the requests.
