CVE-2011-2013 is an integer overflow vulnerability in the TCP/IP implementation of Microsoft Windows Vista SP2, Windows Server 2008 SP2, R2, R2 SP1, and Windows 7 Gold and SP1. The flaw exists in the reference counting logic for UDP packet handling on closed ports, where a 32-bit reference counter can be overflowed by sending a crafted sequence of UDP packets. This overflow can lead to a use-after-free condition in the kernel, enabling remote attackers to execute arbitrary code in kernel context.
