CVE-2013-10035 is an authenticated code injection vulnerability in ProcessMaker Open Source 2.x when the default "neoclassic" skin is in use. Affected versions include at least 2.0.23 through 2.5.1. Multiple application endpoints, including appFolderAjax.php, casesStartPage_Ajax.php, and cases_SchedulerGetPlugins.php, accept crafted POST requests in which attacker-controlled parameters such as action and params are insufficiently validated. The application then directly invokes PHP functionality, including dangerous functions such as system(), with user-supplied input. This allows an authenticated user to inject and execute arbitrary PHP code remotely. The issue affects both Linux and Windows deployments and is present in default configurations because the vulnerable neoclassic skin is enabled by default and cannot be removed through the web interface.

This repository contains a single Metasploit module (processmaker_exec.rb) that exploits an authenticated PHP code execution vulnerability in ProcessMaker Open Source 2.x (CVE-2013-10035). The exploit targets the 'neoclassic' skin, which is enabled by default and exposes several PHP endpoints vulnerable to code injection by authenticated users. The module requires valid credentials and the workspace name to authenticate, then uploads and executes a PHP payload via one of several vulnerable endpoints. The payload is customizable and allows for arbitrary code execution, typically resulting in a reverse shell or similar post-exploitation access. The code is well-structured, leverages Metasploit's HttpClient and FileDropper mixins, and provides options for username, password, and workspace. The attack vector is network-based, and the exploit is weaponized, allowing for easy payload customization and automated exploitation.
