This repository contains a single Metasploit module (modules/exploits/windows/http/hp_imc_bims_upload.rb) targeting a directory traversal vulnerability (CVE-2013-4822) in the UploadServlet of HP Intelligent Management Center BIMS component (versions 5.1 E0202 - 5.2 E0401) on Windows. The exploit works by uploading a malicious JSP payload to the server via a crafted HTTP PUT request to the /upload/upload endpoint, exploiting directory traversal to place the file in a web-accessible location. The module then triggers execution of the payload by sending a GET request to the uploaded JSP. The exploit provides remote code execution as the web server user. The code is written in Ruby and is designed to be used within the Metasploit framework. The only file in the repository is the exploit module itself, and it includes all logic for checking vulnerability, uploading the payload, and executing it. No hardcoded IPs or domains are present, but the endpoints /upload/upload and /upload/<jsp_name> are fingerprintable. The exploit is operational and provides a working attack chain for vulnerable HP IMC BIMS installations.
