CVE-2013-7247 is an insufficient access control vulnerability in the TS-550 evo web management interface from Franklin Fueling Systems. In affected firmware, including 2.0.0.6833 and other versions before 2.4.0, the cgi-bin/tsaws.cgi endpoint processes the cmdWebGetConfiguration action in a TSA_REQUEST without enforcing appropriate authorization boundaries. As a result, a low-privilege user can invoke this action and retrieve sensitive configuration data, including application user names and password hashes stored in DES format. The flaw exposes credential material that should be restricted to highly privileged administrative contexts.
