CVE-2014-125123 is an unauthenticated SQL injection vulnerability in the Kloxo web hosting control panel, developed by LXCenter, affecting versions prior to 6.1.12. The flaw is in the login-name parameter handled by lbin/webcommand.php, where user-supplied input is not properly sanitized before being used in backend database operations. A remote attacker can exploit this issue without authentication to extract the administrator password from the database. With recovered administrator credentials, the attacker can then log in to the Kloxo control panel and abuse the Command Center functionality in display.php to execute arbitrary operating system commands as root on the host. The issue therefore forms a practical attack chain from unauthenticated SQL injection to full host compromise.

This repository contains a single Metasploit module (modules/exploits/linux/http/kloxo_sqli.rb) that exploits an unauthenticated SQL injection vulnerability in the Kloxo web control panel (CVE-2014-125123). The exploit works by abusing a SQL injection in the /lbin/webcommand.php endpoint to extract the admin password from the database. Once the password is obtained, the module logs in to the Kloxo admin panel and leverages the Command Center feature (via /display.php) to execute arbitrary system commands as the admin user. The module is written in Ruby and is designed to be used within the Metasploit framework. It supports various command-based payloads (cmd, perl, python, gawk, netcat, etc.) and requires the target to be accessible over the network (default port 7778). The exploit is operational and provides full remote code execution if successful. The repository is structured as a typical Metasploit exploit module, with all logic contained in a single Ruby file.
