CVE-2014-6034 is a directory traversal vulnerability in the com.me.opmanager.extranet.remote.communication.fw.fe.FileCollector servlet of ZOHO ManageEngine OpManager (versions 8.8 through 11.3), Social IT Plus 11.0, and IT360 10.4 and earlier. The vulnerability allows remote attackers (unauthenticated in OpManager and Social IT Plus, authenticated in IT360) to write and execute arbitrary WAR files by exploiting a directory traversal in the regionID parameter, leading to remote code execution via upload to the Tomcat webapps directory.

This repository contains a single Metasploit module (opmanager_socialit_file_upload.rb) that exploits an unauthenticated arbitrary file upload vulnerability (CVE-2014-6034) in ManageEngine OpManager (v8.8 - v11.3) and Social IT (v11.0) for both Windows and Linux platforms. The exploit targets the FileCollector servlet, which allows unauthenticated users to upload files to the server. The module uploads a malicious WAR file to the Tomcat webapps directory via crafted HTTP POST requests, then triggers its deployment to achieve remote code execution. If initial exploitation fails, the module attempts to replace the Tomcat context.xml configuration file to enable privileged deployment and retries the attack. The exploit is weaponized, allowing the attacker to gain a shell or Meterpreter session on the target. The main fingerprintable endpoint is the vulnerable servlet path '/servlet/com.me.opmanager.extranet.remote.communication.fw.fe.FileCollector'. The repository is structured as a single Ruby file compatible with the Metasploit framework.
