CVE-2015-2912 is a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in the Studio component of OrientDB Server Community Edition before 2.0.15 and in 2.1.x before 2.1.1. The issue is in the JSONP endpoint, which does not properly restrict callback values. Because the endpoint accepts attacker-controlled callback input, a remote attacker can craft HTTP requests that abuse a victim’s authenticated browser session against the Studio web interface. The available reporting indicates this can be used both to trigger actions as the victim and to obtain sensitive information from the application.
