CVE-2015-2913 affects the Studio component of OrientDB Server Community Edition before 2.0.15 and 2.1.x before 2.1.1. The vulnerable code in server/network/protocol/http/OHttpSessionManager.java generates HTTP session identifiers using java.util.Random, which is not suitable for security-sensitive token generation. Because java.util.Random is a predictable PRNG, a remote attacker who can observe or infer enough output may determine the generator's internal state and predict valid session ID values.
