Wolf CMS before version 0.8.3.1 contains a vulnerability in the file manager (admin/plugin/file_manager/browse/) that allows a registered user with upload permissions to rename an uploaded file (such as a JPEG image) to have a .php extension. This enables the execution of arbitrary PHP code on the server, as the application does not restrict file extension changes or validate file types after upload.
