ZTE ZXHN H108N R1A devices prior to firmware ZTE.bhs.ZXHNH108NR1A.k_PE contain an access control weakness in the web management interface that allows a remote authenticated user to bypass intended access restrictions by sending a modified HTTP request. The issue is demonstrated by leveraging the built-in/support account to invoke the cgi-bin/webproc "accountpsd" action to change a password, despite restrictions that should prevent such an operation.
