CVE-2017-10046 is a vulnerability in the Web Access subcomponent of Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM), affecting versions 8.3, 8.4, 15.1, 15.2, and 16.1. The vulnerability allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to perform unauthorized update, insert, or delete operations on some data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of data. Exploitation requires user interaction from a victim other than the attacker. The vulnerability can also impact additional products that interact with Primavera P6 EPPM.
