CVE-2017-14086 is a vulnerability in Trend Micro OfficeScan 11.0 and XG (12.0) that allows unauthenticated attackers with network access to the OfficeScan server to remotely start the fcgiOfcDDA.exe process or trigger a condition leading to INI file corruption. This can be exploited pre-authentication, i.e., without valid credentials, by sending crafted HTTP requests to the server. The INI corruption can result in the server generating excessive dump files, potentially consuming all available disk space.
