CVE-2017-7561 is a moderate-severity flaw in the RESTEasy JAX-RS CORS Filter. The filter failed to add an HTTP Vary: Origin response header when generating Origin-dependent CORS responses. Consequently, intermediary or client caches can treat responses generated for one Origin as reusable for requests from a different Origin. This affects RESTEasy versions 3.0.7 through versions before 4.0.0.Beta1, including affected JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 7 deployments.
